System of the Tournament
The tournament uses a "Playoff Bracket System" whereby players are randomly chosen in pairs. All matches are best out of three matches. The winner of that bracket advances to the next bracket to meet the winner of the next bracket. The semi-final matches are best out of five matches and the finals matches are best out of seven matches. After the participants know their opposition, they themselves are required to find a server which they both agree on and play. The first name in the bracket is called the "Priority" and is given the responsibility to gather the following information:
o The match results
o Your ping
o Your opponents ping

This means that the Priority won 2 matches and lost 1 match. The Priority's ping was 20 and the challenger was 10. Apart from these responsibilities, the Priority of the Semi-Finals and Final matches MUST record their matches by pressing Start Game after holding Ctrl and Shift. After the winner is declared, the Priority is to go to the chat and tell the Host who has won in a readable fashion. DO NOT forget to indicate your name and your opponents name. When recordings are being sent in, just indicate who is on what side and who is who whether it be on a text file or the zip name itself.

Regarding the system of characters, a player is to tell the Host who he is using (it is included in the Enroll Form), the player must then stick to that character(s) throughout the WHOLE tournament. This is to make strengthen the competition and strategy of players, instead of selecting the character who is 'stronger' against each other. The participant is to give the correct number of characters needed, if the game requires teams of 4 or 3, a participant is expected to give that set number. Failure to do so is the same quality of disobeying the rules.

Brackets
During the tournament meeting, the Host of the tournament will take roll. This will determine who is getting a BYE and give some time for the late participants to show up. After the roll is taken, the Host will then let the participants who their bracket, whether it be in a form of text or graphical. When the Host is speaking, it is important you listen or else you may not know who you are facing and may slow down the tournament. Once you know your opponent, you are then to chat with your opponent privately about where the match will take place.

The Meeting
The meeting will always be on the tournament date on the tournament time. Participants are allowed to enter the meeting 30 minutes early and 5-10 minutes late, no later. Late participants are only admitted to the tournament if it is to fill up empty slots. The current meeting for the tournaments is at #nestcartel on
